As you know, I have been cutting down on the thrifting.
But, I have made so much progress on our house! My vintage room is cleaned and organized; just one rack for fall/winter left folks. Summer has been officially packed away!
I also cleaned out my closet, and it looks beautiful! I now feel less crazy. It's been a slow process weeding through my collections, but I am at a good place with it all. A lot of vintage housewares will be coming to the shop when she's up and running. So, at least they will find new homes.
Although, I am trying to limit my thrifting, I did visit a few cute garage sales and thrift stores lately.
I found this vintage table runner (it's actually a curtain) at a garage sale for $2. I am trying to collect as many vintage linens as I can before the wedding! The tables are going to look so cute!
This little quote in an embroidery hoop. Love the smoke coming out of the chimney. Simple, but so true.
This wooden LOVE sign.
And this lovely box; possibly an old perfume box? It's now in a shelf in our bathroom and I just love it.
Annnnd, then, last night, C and I ventured to a local church rummage.
If you do not regularly venture out to these, your are missing out, friends.
Everything. Is. So. Cheap.
And we got to chat with the cutest little old ladies. Who kept saying everything I found was "Just Beautifullllllllll."
We found sweaters and skirts and stationary and moccasins and jewelry...And it was all vintage, and it was all about 50 cents.
Thanks, my love, for carrying it all home.
This weekend I am going to have a mini photo shoot for the shop and go on an estate sale adventure - should be fun. I am excited about my shop. Again. And that makes me happy.
Big hugs!

I've been trying to cut back a lot too, but it's so hard! That's such a pretty table runner! Your mason jar arrangement looks the exact same as one of mine in my house :) Happy Friday Amanda! xo
